COURSE OF INCREASING THE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AT THE TRAINING CENTER OF JSC "MOSOBLGAZ"

The training courses "Lean Manufacturing Process Factory" and "School for Young Leaders", held on the basis of JSC "Mosoblgaz", have come to an end.
The one-day course "Lean Manufacturing Process Factory" took place on 06 November. It was attended by 14 students of Gubkin University.

This course was aimed at studying the operation of an enterprise and its effective management. During the training, students were given lectures on management, organization of enterprises, settlement of production costs, setting up logistics, as well as team building. The main goal of the course was to study decision-making tactics and their implementation in production.

Later, on November 26, it was completed the course "School of young leader", which was attended by 16 students of Gubkin University. The course covered such topics as the competence of the manager, planning, management, delegation, supervision. Situational leadership, motivation of subordinates, and teamwork were considered in detail. In separate sessions, the course participants learned about customer focus and financial management.

All participants received valuable information about competent teaching, have learned to apply this knowledge in practice through practical interactive tasks. At the end of the two courses of the company JSC "Mosoblgaz" gave all participants certificates of completion.

XIII International Youth Scientific and Practical Congress “Oil and Gas Horizons”

From 16 to 19 November the XIII International Youth Scientific and Practical Congress “Oil and Gas Horizons” was held at the National University of Oil and Gas “Gubkin University” in a hybrid format. The Congress is organized annually by the Gubkin University Student Chapter of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). This year, the Congress was attended 219 students, postgraduates and young professionals from 45 universities from 30 countries, including: Algeria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Colombia, Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam and Yemen. INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL OF GUBKIN UNIVERSITY 2021

From 5 to 9 July 2021, the annual international educational summer school of Gubkin University was held for students and specialists of the oil and gas industry.   The Summer School included two areas: "Drilling and Well Construction" and "Sustainable Marine and Subsea Technologies".
